At IVAT, we understand that professionals like you need flexible and effective ways to meet your continuing education requirements. That’s why we offer a variety of learning formats, each designed to cater to different learning preferences and schedules, ensuring you can stay at the forefront of your field.
In-Person Training: For those who thrive in a traditional learning environment, our in-person trainings offer a dynamic and interactive experience. This format is ideal if you benefit from direct engagement with instructors and peers, and it provides valuable opportunities to network with other dedicated professionals in your field.

Through our CE21 platform, you can easily access up-to-date practices in mental health and related fields whenever your schedule permits. This is a perfect solution if you need to earn CE credits efficiently.
Live Webinars and Summits: Participate in engaging live events hosted by IVAT, including our annual Hawaii Summit and other specialized webinars throughout the year. These events bring expert knowledge directly to you, whether you join us in person or virtually.
Cosponsoring Events: We also partner with other organizations to co-sponsor conferences and trainings. If you’d like IVAT to provide continuing education for your event, please contact our Training and Continuing Education Manager, Chelsea Hill, MSW, at Chelseah@ivatcenters.org.

How to Obtain CE Credits Through IVAT
Earning your CE credits with IVAT is a straightforward process designed for your convenience.
Registration Process
To ensure you receive your CE credits, all participants must:
Pre-register online for your selected training or event. During this process, please make sure to indicate that you wish to obtain continuing education credits.
Clearly state your profession and provide your specific licensure information.
Provide your primary email address during registration, as this will be used for all CE-related communications.
Attendance and Participation Requirements
For attendance tracking, attendees will need to scan in at each session they participate in. (Please note: Your CE credits will be automatically calculated based on the specific presentations you attend and the duration of your attendance.)
The number of CE credits available can vary depending on your professional license, the sessions you attend, and what has been approved under the guidelines of the relevant accrediting agency. It's important to be aware that some sessions may not be approved for CE credits for every professional license.
Training materials will clearly indicate which accreditations they qualify for. For our Summits, we provide a comprehensive CE Matrix; please reference this to confirm eligibility for your specific licensure.
Receiving Your CE Certificate
Your CE Certificate will be issued via email approximately two to three weeks following the completion of the training or event.
Should you have any questions regarding CEs, please don't hesitate to contact our Training and Continuing Education Manager, Chelsea Hill, at (858) 527-1860 ext. 4042.
Our Refund Policy: Please note that Continuing Education (CE) fees are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to another IVAT training or event.
